In volume terms use 1tbsp of Canderel to replace 1tbsp of sugar. 

In weight terms divide the sugar quantity by 10, e.g. 100g of sugar = 10g of Canderel.
1 teaspoon (5g) of sugar 20 Calories = 1 teaspoon (0.5g) of Canderel 2 Calories

Canderel is also available as tablets, ideal for sweetening your hot drinks and handy to slip in your bag.
